We are seeking a highly skilled MEMS Front-End Process Industrialization Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for transferring our process from the lab to the fab and leading its industrialization and qualification for the fabrication of our high-performance inertial MEMS sensors (gyros, IMUs). You will collaborate with the CEA-Leti, the inventor of the M&NEMS technology, and with an external MEMS foundry to bring our innovative sensors to mass production.
Pilot our collaborations with CEA-Leti and our MEMS foundry
Lead the transfer and industrialization of our process from R&D to production, applying stage-gate methods
Manage and implement the industrialization plan with our foundry partner
Manage specifications, FMEA and control plans for our different MEMS components
Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigations and define corrective action plans.
Interface with our ASIC foundry
Collaborate with MEMS designers, test engineers and product development teams to optimize the yield and the products performance and reliability
Communicate results, lead technical presentations, and support our team
MSc or PhD in MEMS or Semiconductor Engineering
Minimum 7 years’ experience in MEMS manufacturing
Fluent in English. French and Italian are a plus
Experience in automotive or aerospace is valued
Experienced in MEMS industrialization and production
Experience with product development phases and agile development processes.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
