Executive Management and Founding Team
iNGage was founded on February 2025 by a team of 3 pationate MEMS and semiconductor industry professionals. The 3 founders joined forces to bring to market a disruptive technology with the vision to bring high performance navigation sensors to high volume applications.
Philippe ROBERT
Chief Executive Officer
Philippe brings 25 years’ experience in MEMS design, process development and R&D program management including 16 years of management. He has filed more than 60 MEMS patents.
Philippe has led the M&NEMS technology development at CEA-Leti and leads iNGage to transform his strategic vision into commercial products.
Bertrand GAUTHERON
Chief Operating Officer
Bertrand brings 25 years’ experience in silicon sensors development and industrialization including 19 years of management experience working in startup and multinational companies.
Bertrand’s mission is to implement iNGage’s fabless model and secure product developments, volume ramp-up and costs optimization.
Vincent GAFF
Chief Business Officer
Vincent brings 25 years’ experience in MEMS and inertial sensors business development, and product development management including 7 years of executive management.
Vincent is in charge of iNGage’s product roadmap and marketing strategy and is leading its business development activities.
International Investors
iNGage’s founders were soon joined in their journey by a pool of European DeepTech venture capital investors who shared the vision and perspectives of the company. A first round of funding was led by SuperNova Invest of France and 360 Capital of Italy, and followed by BNP Paribas Développement, CEA Investissement and Crédit Agricole Alpes Développement of France, to provide the company with the means and guidance to drive its products development roadmap and commercialization.
